My plug is located at the bottom and the fan is labeled as Chassis Fan 3 (CHA3_FAN on MOBO I think, If you don't know, refer to your manual).

There, change the corresponding fan plug on the MOBO to PWM mode (by default I think it says auto). Step 4: Boot into your BIOS and locate Q-Fan control.
